I followed the website’s guidelines on sizing and the harnesses still didn’t fit my dogs. They wouldn’t pick up their phones and took weeks to respond to my emails. It’s been many months and I haven’t received a refund, even though they said they would.

I wanted a car harness that would keep my pup safe in the car, and after hours of research, I found that this was the only crash tested harness for his size. I was worried about making an expensive purchase without him trying it on, so I made sure to measure him and I bought a medium based on his size and the measurements on the site. Unfortunately, the measurements didn't seem to match up for my dog's weird body (he's a corgi) and the medium was a bit too big. I reached out to customer service and they were awesome! They sent me a small with a return label and said to try the small and to send back whichever one didn't fit. We ended up keeping the small and it made it in time for our big road trip!
My dog hates the car to begin with, so he wasn't too thrilled with being strapped in, but it gave me so much peace of mind knowing I made him as safe as he can be if the worst happens. It also made a great hiking harness, and we were able to strap his waterbowl and doggie bags with carabiners to him.
